Tailwater is the name given to water flowing below dams or other structures blocking a river’s natural flow.
The flow is regulated and controlled…sometimes the river seems like it might just dry up and other times it is fast and full.
This blog might be the same. My creativity and time is often overly regulated and controlled. My passions are fly fishing, photography and all things creative, but I will also dip into business, leadership and all things techy.
